Groups

Many activities carried out by the Community can be better performed through the formation of formal and informal Working Groups. Such may be formed for particular projects, themes, tasks or activities. Ideally, each group would consist of members cutting across geographical regions, backgrounds and fields of expertise.

Groups formed within the community in accordance with the nature of particular tasks are expected to contribute to an organized form of cooperation among members. Obviously, group affiliation will be flexible, with individuals working with different groups at different times.
