José Carllinni is Civil Engineer from University of Buenos
Aires. He has attended several postgraduate courses in the area of
Public Administration. Since April 2002 he is the Director of
Informatic Resources of the National Office of Information
Technology. He is responsible for the development of the Argentine e-Government
Portal. He participates in the development of the National Plan
for e-Government. He created in October 2002 and coordinates the Forum
of IT Responsibles of the National Administration. |
