The aim of this talk is to present details about the
Gov3 Portfolio Management Framework. The Framework sets out
a research-based and empirically-tested methodology for selecting the
portfolio of e-government projects which is optimal given the unique
social, economic and political context within which a government
operates. The Gov3 Portfolio Management Framework is based
on a set of principles and covers four key phases: Scoping,
Prioritisation, Portfolio Selection and Portfoloio Management. |
